Shri Puranik, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 states that respondent no.1 visited the site along with petitioner and no workshop was noticed. Petitioner has also signed the said visit report and the same is produced on record along with affidavit in reply of respondent no.1-Corporation. No body appears for respondents 2 and 3.
In view of the statement made in affidavit, we find that the grievance of the petitioner is already redressed. Petition is, therefore, disposed of.
