before the learned JMFC on several counts. The short point involved is, the fire which has taken place in the factory premises was primarily indicated to be an act of conduit and concert between the applicants/petitioners to ensure financial benefits. Even if the applicants have not collected any amount from the Insurance Company, that itself will not absolve criminality that was complained of. I do not see any error in issuing process. Writ petition lacks merit. Dismissed.
