petitioners have filed review petitions seeking review of the order passed by this Court in second appeals, to which they were not originally parties. Such applications/ petitions are pending. In view thereof, interest of justice would be served if liberty is given to the petitioners to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions in the event the petitioners succeed in the review proceedings. Keeping open all contentions for being dealt with at an appropriate stage, these petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
