Rederessal Forum at Kolhapur, which has been on presentation dishonoured. The Courts have awarded total compensation of Rs.1,75,000/- (Rs. One Lac Seventy Five Thousand only). Such compensation is already deposited before the learned Additional Sessions Judge at Kolhapur.

4 During the course of submissions, the learned counsel for the revision applicants venture to release additional amount by way of interest at 12% p.a., same is accepted by the learned counsel for original complainant/respondent no.1.

5 Parties have thus resolved dispute. In addition to compensation of Rs.1,75,000/- (Rs. One Lac Seventy Five Thousand only), Rs.54,000/- (Rs. Fifty Four Thousand only) would be paid by the revision applicants, as and by way of interest on cheque amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rs. One Lac Fifty Thousand only) such amount shall be paid up to 24^th September, 2013 directly to original complainant, failure, the revision applicants to face consequences including confirmation of concurrent finding of conviction recorded against him. Original complainant is at liberty to withdraw deposited amount from the
