4596/2011 dated 15th Feb., 2012, is sought. The
particular part, due to which the respondent
employee Satish feels aggrieved, is as under:
"Heard.
2.Theinter-officememo,effecting
transfer of the respondent/employee was
questioned. However, during the course of
submissions, a statement is made, such
transfer, inter-office, did not reduce the
pay structure of the employee."
3.Learned Counsel says, the statement,
the transfer inter office did not reduce pay
structure of employee, was based on the statement
of employer; it has adversely affected rights of

respondent Satish and, hence desires review.
The meaning of the order, referred to above,
is quite clear, does not require any explanation
nor it is couched with any mistake.
No review of the order is required.
Review Petition is dismissed.
