1.Heard Mr. Shinde, Mr. Bora and learned
A.P.P. in respective applications.

2.A report is received from Police Inspector,
Police Station, Nanded ( Rural ).

3.By orders dated 19th June, 2013 (of
Shahaji), April 30th, 2013, while releasing on bail
the applicants Prashant, Shivaji and Raju were

directed to keep themselves away from Nanded district
till conclusion of the trial. For that purpose,
exemption was granted.

4.Learned A.P.P. informs, there is no overt
act or any criminal activities noticed by the
investigator concerning these applicants. Prashant
and Raju are students. Shivaji is engaged in business
activities. Shahaji is presently unemployed, however,
no other criminal antecedents.

5.Considering the difficulties indicated in
respective applications, and no objection from the
investigator, the condition not to enter in Nanded
district is relaxed. However, the applicants shall
not exert threats to the witnesses and shall not
indulge in any criminal activities. If any breach is
committed, needless to indicate, they are bound to
face music of such situation.

Respective Applications allowed.

The attendance to continue, however, the
attendance is to be recorded with Nanded Rural Police
Station.

The applicants shall furnish their now
changed address with contact telephone / mobile
numbers to the investigator within fifteen days.
