The grievance made in this petition has already been taken cognizance of by this Court in Writ Petition No.5988/2012 and the State Government and the local authorities have already been directed to take steps to remove encroachments on public roads obstructing smooth flow of traffic and creating inconvenience to the passers-by. The present petition again shows such erection of hoardings and the gates.
We hope and trust that the concerned authority will proceed to stop such activities of illegally covering the roads with gates and other encroachments and take appropriate action in accordance with.
The petition disposed of accordingly. No order as to
costs.
