The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner and the respondent have arrived at consent terms. The learned counsel states that the respondent has introduced Giraffe Developers Pvt. Ltd. as guarantor. The learned counsel seeks to join the said Giraffe Developers Pvt. Ltd. as respondent no.2 to the petition. The learned counsel appears on behalf of Giraffe Developers Pvt. Ltd. as well as the original respondent and states that he has no objection. Leave as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the parties state that the consent terms have been signed by the petitioner and the respondents and payment schedule has been provided for in the consent terms.
