The learned Counsel for the respondent states that the amount of claimed in the petition is Rs.1,40,884/- and a cheque of Rs.1,25,000/- is being handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the receipt of the cheque. Both the Counsel state that upon realisation of this cheque, the dispute between the parties will stand resolved and decree passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune in Special Civil Suit No.2013 of 2007 will stand satisfied.
