annexed to the Chamber Summons. For the
reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in support
of the Chamber Summons, Chamber Summons is,
accordingly, made absolute in terms of prayer
clause (a). Amendment to be carried out
within a period of two weeks from today. The
plaintiff is directed to serve amended copy of
the plaint to the defendants' Advocate
including newly added defendant.
