The petitioner has deposited Rs.60,000/- in this Court as per Judges Order passed in the petition in respect of each child. The petitioner has applied for refund of the amount deposited with all accrued interest thereon.

The Judges Order directs the petitioner to deposit Rs.60,000/- each and to ensure compliance of the performance of 4 follow up reports for 2 years, submit proof of investment for the child as directed in the order and the proof of citizenship or naturalization of the child. The petitioner has shown compliance of the above by way of document annexed to its application. Registry of this Court shall verify the photo copies of the documents submitted by the petitioner and for the above directions. If the petitioner is found to have complied with the aforesaid directions, the Prothonotary and Senior Master shall issue a cheque of this Court in favour of the petitioner for Rs.60,000/- for each of the child and all accrued

interest thereon.

If the adoptive parents of each of the child have themselves deposited the said amount for compliance of the above directions, the Prothonotary and Senior Master shall, upon verification, issue a Telegraphic Transfer (TT) of State Bank of India of an equivalent of Rs.60,000/- for each of the child with all accrued interest thereon in favour of such parents in the currency of their country.

The petitioner shall in future file such application before the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court directly.
