.By this Chamber Summons, the applicant
seeks return of the original documents
described in Schedule appended to the Chamber
Summons. It is the case of the applicant that
the original documents which were tendered in

evidence are required to be produced before
the other authorities. The learned AGP has no
objection, if the true copies of such original
documents certified by the Advocate are filed
on record of this Court. Chamber Summons in
terms of prayer clause (a) is made absolute on
the condition that the applicant shall submit
true copies of such original documents duly
certified by Advocate with the Prothonotary &
Senior Master within a period of two weeks
from today. On furnishing such true copies,
the Prothonotary & Senior Master shall return
the original documents to the applicant. As &
when such original documents are required in
this proceedings, the applicant shall produce
the same. Chamber Summons is disposed of in
the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
