1 The learned counsel for the parties state that the claims of the applicants in all the applications are settled. Accordingly, the official liquidator shall disburse the amount claimed by the applicants to be paid as per order dated 13 April 2010 within a period of two weeks from today.

2 The learned counsel for the respondent company states that by order dated 13 April 2010 this court had interalia, given following directions in paragraph (e) :

e) … ... … This amount will remain with the Official for a period of six months from today, then the Applicants shall be entitled for refund of the said amount or any balance amount remaining out of the said deposit along with accrued interest.

3 The learned counsel for the respondent company states that the claims of all the claimants have been satisfied and the amounts remained with the official liquidator should be refunded back to the applicants. The order dated 13 April 2010 is clear. If there are no claims pending adjudication with the official liquidator, the official liquidator will refund the amount to the respondent within a period of two weeks from today.
