open. Dereliction if any, in issuing 7x12 extract was on the part of Talathi concerned, as reflected in enquiry conducted by the Additonal Collector. The deficiency in collecting inadequate stamp duty is of the concerned official from the office of Registry. Prima facie, we do not find any role played by the applicants herein in transacting by virtue of sale deed dated 19.5.2010. The prosecution, qua, the applicants herein is quashed and set aside.
