ORAL ORDER :
1.Learned counsel for the applicant submits
that he is making limited request for extending the
interim protection granted by this Court earlier up
till 5th March, 2013 as the applicant wants to
surrender before the Court of Judicial Magistrate,
First Class, Mahur and apply for regular bail. He
requests for giving direction to the said Court for
deciding his application for bail at the earliest.
2.Request being made for surrendering before

the Court of Law and no breach of the earlier order
of protection being reported to the Court, the
request deserves consideration as the same would
facilitate the earlier completion of investigation.
Needless to add that the offences alleged are
triable by Court of Magistrate.
3.The applicant as informed to surrender
before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First
Class, Mahur on or before 5th March, 2013. In such
contingency, the said Court to decide the
application for bail made by the applicant at the
earliest and preferably on the same day subject to
24 hours advance notice being served upon the other
side. Ad-interim directions granted by my
Predecessor to the applicant vide order dated 22nd
January, 2013 to continue up till 5th March, 2013
at 11 a.m. on the earlier terms.
4.The application stands disposed of in the
aforesaid terms.
