ORAL ORDER :
1.For the reasons recorded in detail in the
order dated 22nd January, 2013, the pre-arrest bail
was granted to the applicants up till 04.02.2013
and same was extended from time to time and it is
in force till today. Perusal of the said order
dated 22.01.2013 reveals that marriage certificate
Exhibit `E’ has prompted this Court to pass such
order in favour of the applicants.

2.Learned A.P.P. has tendered the affidavit
today. The said affidavit is taken on record and
marked `X’ for identification. Affidavit states
that after investigation the said certificate is
found to be genuine as per the statements of the
persons issuing certificate, recorded by the
Investigating Officer. The same justifies the
submission of the learned counsel for the
applicants that while lodging the first information
report, the first informant has suppressed the fact
of marriage with applicant no.1. In view of the
same, the order of pre-arrest bail passed in favour
of the applicants deserves to be confirmed until
further orders and same accordingly is confirmed on
the earlier terms and conditions.
3.Application stands disposed of in the
aforesaid terms.
