ORAL ORDER :
1.Learned counsel for the applicants submits
that instead of pressing the application for
Cri.Appln311.13 -2-
reliefs as prayed, he is only making limited
request to extend the ad-interim direction given
for some more time for enabling them to surrender
before the Court of Sessions and apply for regular
bail and giving directions to the Court of Sessions
to decide their application for bail at the
earliest.
2.The request being made for surrendering
before the Court of law which would facilitate the
earlier completion of investigation, same deserves
consideration.
3.The ad-interim directions given is
extended up till 10th March, 2013 on the earlier
terms. The applicants to surrender before the Court
of Sessions on or before 10th March, 2013 as
informed through their Advocate. In the event of
applicants accordingly surrendering and making an
application for bail, the Court of Sessions shall
decide the same at the earliest subject to advance
notice of their surrender and moving for bail is
served on other side.
4.The application stands disposed of in the
aforesaid terms.
