Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to make representation to the Collector (Sangli) for redressal of the grievance made in the present petition, within two weeks and prayed that the Collector (Sangli) be asked to decide the same in accordance with law.
2. In the circumstances, we dispose of the Writ Petition with liberty as prayed for. If the representation is made by the Petitioner to the Collector (Sangli) within a period of two weeks, we direct the Collector to decide the same in accordance with law and the procedure applicable in this regard within a period of eight weeks from the date of making representation, by following
