2. Pending present Writ Petition, a charge-sheet
has been filed against the petitioner on 30th
September, 2011.
3. Mrs.Kulkarni,learned counsel for petitioner

submits that due to ill health, the petitioner is
admitted in the hospital. For preparing
appropriate applications for bail and discharge
from the case, some interim protection deserves to
be granted.
4. Learned APP opposed the prayer of the
petitioner.
5. In the proceedings of Criminal Application
No. 2410 of 2011, learned Single Judge of this
Court (Coram: T.V.NALAWADE, J.), on 6th July, 2011
has rejected the anticipatory bail application of
the petitioner. In view of the subsequent
development of filing of charge-sheet, no
interference is warranted. The petitioner is at
liberty to resort to legal remedy as permissible
in law. The petition stands dismissed.
