By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the interim order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by which notice was issued but no interim relief was granted.
Considering the fact that at the interlocutory stage, while keeping all the points open raised by the petitioner before the Tribunal, we dispose of the petition. If any appointment is made, the same shall be result of the proceedings before the Tribunal.
Subject to what is stated above, petition stands disposed of.
