Mrs. T.D.Khade, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that the impugned order /communication dated 2.1.2012 issued by the respondent no.1 for closure of Examination Centre for Higher Secondary Certificate Examination to be held in Summer – February/March 2012 has been withdrawn for this year and the petitioners have been continued with the Centre. Considering the statement made by Smt. T.D.Khade, the instant petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above statement , writ petition is disposed of, as infructuous.
