Heard.
Since by the impugned judgment and order, the learned single of this Court remanded the matter back to the Surplus Land Determination Tribunal, this Court would not like to interfere with such an order for the simple reason that the order was passed on 10.1.2005. However, it is directed that if the matter is not yet decided, Tribunal shall endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and, preferably within a period of three months from today. It will be open for the appellant to argue all the available points in law.
Subject to what is stated above, Appeal is disposed of.
