2.The Petitioners submit that notices under

Section 149 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,

have been issued by the Police Inspector, Bhusaval
Bazarpeth Police Station, Tq. Bhusaval, Dist-
Jalgaon, in the month of March, 2011.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioners

submits that the Petitioners are innocent and
without any reason, such notices are issued to the
Petitioners, which would hamper their reputation
in the society.

4.Without entering into the merits of the
matter, we observe that the Petitioners are
entitled to file representations addressed to the
concerned Police Officer, in connection with the
notice issued by the Police, within four weeks
from today.

5. In case, the Police Officer receives

such representations, the same be kept in the

files/ record of the Police Station. With these
observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
