By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the transfer order on the ground that the General Manager has no authority to transfer the petitioner.
The office order clearly states that the order is issued with the concurrence of the competent authority.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has made the representation to the Chairman.
The representation made to the Chairman is not annexed to the petitioner; whereas the representation made to the General Manager is annexed to the petition.
If such representation is made to the Chairman by the petitioner, the Chairman may take decision on the said representation within a period of four weeks from today. Whatever the decision is taken by the Chairman on the said representation, the same be communicated to the petitioner.
Subject to what is stated above, the petition stands disposed of.
