Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that without prejudice to the rights and contentions, the petitioner is ready to join at the place of transfer and thereafter she will apply for posting at the nearby place in Warud Panchayat Samiti.
After joining at the place of transfer, the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the Chief Executive Officer. After getting such representation, the Chief Executive Officer, Z.P., Amravati to decide the same on its own merits and keeping in view the directions given by this court in Writ Petition No.5972 of 2011 and cognet matters, within a period of two months from the date of

receipt of representation.
The petitioner should join at the place of transfer and may thereafter, if she so desires, proceed on leave, as per rules. The concerned Authority may consider leave applications of the petitioner, if she so applied for, and same may be sanctioned if leave is balance at her credit.
The petitioner to make appropriate representation to the concerned Authority within a period of two weeks after joining her duties at the place of transfer.
Subject to what is stated above, the writ petition is disposed of.
