1] The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners were elected in the year 2001 to the board of Gurdwara and therefore as and when the board would be constituted, the petitioners are required to be nominated as members of that board. Considering the material placed on record, the SLP pending in the Apex court and the statement made by learend AGP, that the elected board could not be constituted as yet. We are of the view that the petition is
