2] The Education Officer was present yesterday, before this Court, consequent to the order passed by the Court. The matter was part heard. AGP informs that the Education Officer is not present today. This be brought to the notice of Deputy Director of Education and appropriate explanation of the Education Officer be called, which shall be placed before this Court on the next date. S.O. to 31/1/2012 in urgent admission. Authenticated copy be supplied to AGP.
