In view of the above, we direct that if the application dated 24.6.2009 under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, requesting for re-determination and enhancement of compensation is pending, the respondents may take appropriate decision on the same, according to law and procedure applicable in this regard without delay and preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, taking into consideration the evidence on record.
