2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners
have submitted application dated 21.7.2010 before the respondent no.2 whereby permission is sought for construction of Jetty and Dry Dock with

initial investment of Rs.50 Crores and the total estimated cost of the project will be about Rs.150 Crores. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the said application is pending for decision before the respondent no.2 and therefore prayed that direction be given to the respondent no. 2 to decide the same within a stipulated period in accordance with law.
