counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State and perused the civil application. The same is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Committees, Bombay, within a period of two weeks from today. The applicants / petitioners are directed to submit acknowledgment of payment in the Registry of this Court. On submission thereof, the Order dated 9.12.2011 shall stands revoked. Writ petition No. 8816 of 2011 shall stand restored to the file of this Court.
