The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would avail appropriate alternate remedy and the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners however seeks continuation of the interim relief granted by this court on 20^th October, 2011 for a period of four weeks.

The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The respondent bank is permitted to withdraw an amount of rupees twenty two lacs and six thousand deposited by the petitioners in this court towards the dues payable by the petitioners. The interim order granted by this court on 20^th October, 2011 would continue for a period of four weeks and would automatically stand vacated thereafter.
