Assistant Government Pleader, states that Writ Petition No.967/2006 wherein similar challenge to the Government Resolution dated 03/01/2006 was raised was disposed of by a judgment dated 28/11/2007, on a statement made on behalf of the respondents that the Government had cancelled the impugned Government Resolution dated 03/01/2006. It is stated that since the Government Resolution dated 03/01/2006 is cancelled, the cause for filing this writ petition would not survive
and the same may be disposed of as infructuous.
