1)Heard. The petitioner-union claims that its
17 members, who are the Daily rated employees of
Jintur and Selu range of Social Forestry Department,
have not been paid their legitimate wages since
2010-2011.

2)The Respondent No.5 has filed affidavit in
reply. We have perused the same. In para 7 of the
reply, the deponent contends that the petitioner-
union has straight-way approached this Court without
availing the opportunities of Labour Court,
Industrial Court or the higher authorities.

3)In the facts of the case, we find that the
petitioner/union has alternate and efficacious remedy
in approaching the Labour/Industrial Court, which it
did not resort to. All issues are kept open.
