The petitioners have raised various issues, including to justify the reliefs claimed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) of this petition. If the said representation is decided in favour of the petitioners

by the Appropriate Authority, consequential directions can be issued in that behalf.

As a matter of fact, representation is addressed to respondent No. 4, and copy is marked to respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2 shall treat the said representation as having been made to him directly.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition, without going into the merits of the controversy raised in this petition, by directing respondent No. 2 to decide the representation made by the petitioners dated 5^th March, 2007 (Exhibit ‘D’) expeditiously, and in any case, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If respondent No.2 has already decided the said representation, then, the decision be communicated to the petitioners within the same time. Petition is disposed of, leaving all questions open, with liberty to the petitioners to re-agitate the same while challenging the decision of respondent No. 2, if the same is adverse to the petitioners.
