Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has filed the present
petition for direction to the respondent nos.3 & 4 to process the claim of the petitioner and for further direction to the respondents to pay the benefits to the petitioner on account of salary benefits of his deceased daughter.
The learned AGP on the basis of
written instructions makes a statement that substantial claims have already been paid to the petitioner on 2.2.2012. He submits that

regarding some other claim, the matter is already forwarded to the Accountant General, Nagpur and on receipt of sanction, the said payment would also be made to the petitioner.
The petition is disposed of by taking on record the statement made by the learned AGP.
