Mr. Badar, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit an application afresh seeking his release on furlough.
We accordingly, permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition and dismiss the petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner subject to question of eligibility of the petitioner to claim furlough.
We further direct the authorities that, in the event the petitioner submits an application afresh, the said application be decided, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to
costs.
