It appears that this contempt petition was originally filed as civil contempt before learned single Judge of this Court as this contempt petition challenges breach of order of this Court. It further appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner had urged before the learned single Judge that this would be a case of criminal contempt. Accordingly, this petition is placed before us.
At the time of hearing of this petition it transpired that the contemnors/respondents are alleged to have committed breach of orders/ directions of this Court. According to us, this would be the petition complaining of civil contempt.
Registry to, therefore, place this petition before the learned Judge assigned with hearing and deciding civil contempt petitions.
