The grievance of the petitioner in each of the petitions is that the Licensing Authority has not taken any decision on the application of the petitioner regarding FL-III License i.e. Liquor Licence.

If an application of the applicant/petitioner is still pending, the Licensing Authority to take a final decision in this behalf, according to law, within a period of four weeks from today.

The learned AGP to communicate this order to the Licensing Authority.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of.
