behalf of the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Division No. 3, Civil Lines Nagpur, it is directed that within a period of four months from today the amount towards rental compensation which is stated to be unpaid and outstanding shall be released in favour of the petitioner, failing which this Court shall initiate proceedings for violation and breach of the order in terms of Contempt of Courts Act 1971. Petition is disposed of in these terms.
