We find the submission made by learned APP to be most appropriate and fair that the petitioner will be free to renew his request for grant of revolver license after he is acquitted from the criminal case referred to in the impugned order. In view of this submission petitioner does not press this petition with liberty to apply afresh after acquittal.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
