1. This is a letter writ petition.

¶11

2. The petitioner�s grievance is that he had
submitted application for release on parole. His
application for parole was rejected by the Divisional
Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur by order dated
12th October, 2011.

3. Aggrieved by the said order, he had sent a letter petition to this court, however, he had heard nothing.

4. We had directed registry to trace earlier
application and to place it before us. We had also
called for the record from DIG Prisons.

5. We have perused the record. The record consists

of Medical Certificate given by Dr.Sachin Satyawan
Nimbarte, B.A.M.S. According to the opinion of
Dr.Sachin Nimbarte, the patient is suffering from edema
on feet and fever. He has not prescribed admission to
the hospital or further tests. The Certificate does
not indicate that ailment is of serious nature. In
this background, we are satisfied that the petitioner
has failed to make out case for grant of parole.

6. We, therefore, dismiss the petition.

7. We direct the learned APP to transmit the copy of
this order to the Superintendent, Central Prison
Nagpur, for interpreting the order to the
petitioner/prisoner, which will be done by the
Superintendent, central Prison, Nagpur.
