. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner pointed out that the life sentence of the Petitioner will start on 8th December, 2003 and, therefore, the present Petition is premature. Only on this ground, he seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Accordingly, we dismiss the Petition as withdrawn. It will be open for the Petitioner to raise all the contentions at the appropriate stage.
