1. This petition was heard in the morning session.
We had noticed that though the petitioner had submitted
application to the Special Inspector General of Police,
Amravati on 26/12/2011, he had not persuaded the same
cause nor had he wrote to secure the information as to
why his application for continuation of police
protection at the costs of the Government was declined.

2. We had directed the learned Advocate for the
petitioner to take instructions whether the petitioner
would like to pursue the application before the
competent authorities. Learned Advocate Mr.Bhangde had
taken time to take instructions and make a statement
till 2.30 p.m. At 2.30 p.m. matter was called out. The

learned counsel has not appeared. The matter was kept
back. It is again called out.

3. Leaving all liberties, as may be available to
the petitioner, unaffected, this petition is dismissed
as premature.
