matter is actively investigated. He further states
that since Sub-Divisional Police Officer [Asstt.
Supdt. of Police] is the Investigating Officer, the
investigation is to be supervised by the
Superintendent of Police.

02. This statement made by learned APP adequately meets the grievance represented in the petition.
03.We, therefore, dispose of the petition, as it
