1.The petitioner is aggrieved by the order
passed by learned Maharashtra Administrative
Tribunal, Aurangabad, in Orig. Application
No.804 of 2011, dated 19.1.2012, thereby
protecting the transfer of the petitioner.

2.Perusal of the impugned order would
reveal that Respondent No. 5 has been
protected only upto April-May, 2012.

3.In that view of the matter, the
Respondent-Zilla Parisha can very well post
the petitioner at Khultabad in general
transfers effective from April-May, 2012.

4.The petition is, therefore, disposed of

with observations as above.
