2. The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 30th November, 2010 passed by respondent no. 2.

At the outset, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that against the said order, representation was made before the concerned Collector which was rejected, hence, the petitioners filed proceedings before the Minister against the order of the Collector and the Minister stayed the effect and operation of the order of the Collector dated 30th November, 2010.

4. Since the proceedings are pending before the Minister against the order dated 30th November 2010 which is impugned in this petition, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, if the order passed by the Minister is adverse to him.
