2. The present Civil Application is moved by the applicant for restoration of Writ Petition No. 8818 of 2011 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 9^th December, 2011, even prior to issuance of notice by this Court.

3. Considered the contentions canvassed by the learned counsel for the parties as well as perused the application. Same is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs. 2500/- to be paid to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within a period

of two weeks from today. On submission of acknowledgment of payment of costs in the Registry, order of dismissal dated 9^th December, 2011 shall stand revoked and the Writ Petition shall stand restored to the file of this Court.
