- Petitioner raises a grievance that, respondent No.5, who had donated Rs.100 Crores to Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, was appointed as Chairman of the I. T .Advisory Committee, an honourary post, for a period of five years, as per terms and conditions mentioned in the communication dated 13th Oct.,2008, by the Executive Officer Mr.Kishore More.
- It was submitted that out of Sai Ashram Project No. 1, 20 rooms, which would be constructed on the finance made available by respondent no.5 Shri Ramani, 20 rooms could be reserved for the trust of Shri Ramani.
- It is submitted that, petitioner has not made any representation to the respondent State in respect of the contentions raised herein.
