Shri J.Y. Ghurde, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5, has filed affidavit-in-reply on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 5 and in the said affidavit-in-reply the respondents have pointed out in respect of misappropriation, which is alleged by the petitioners in this petition. The affidavit-in-reply further points out that action against the concerned persons namely Mr. A.N. Aade, Secretary of respondent No.6Grampanchayat, Mangkhini, has been taken and he has been placed under suspension and the departmental enquiry is initiated against him for misappropriation and other irregularities committed by him. The affidavit-in-reply further points out that the departmental enquiry has been initiated against one Mr. M.N. Jadhav, Section Engineer. It is further pointed out in the affidavit-in-reply that Mr. A.P. Gawai, Block Development Officer, Digras, District Yavatmal has been appointed as Enquiry Officer. The

respondents, therefore, concludes that in the light of the fact necessary action has been taken against the erring officers, the scheme would be implemented.
Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
