Mr. Sambre, the learned Government Pleader and Mr. S.K.Mishra, the learned Asstt. Solicitor General of India state that the question of menace of dogs, which is proposed to be raised in the present Public Interest Litigation, is already pending in another Public Interest Litigation No. 562/2006.
In the circumstances, it is not necessary to take cognizance of this Public Interest Litigation.
We, therefore, direct that the P.I.L. No. 562/2006 be listed before the appropriate Bench, in the next week for directions.
P.I.L. No. 14/2012 is disposed of
accordingly.
